At Liza Schwartz Jewelry, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Customers can return their piece within 14 days for a full refund. All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Returns need to be in unworn condition and in the original packaging. Email info@LizaSchwartz.com with the subject “Return/Exchange” for return requests. Please include your Name, Order Number, Item requested to be returned and Reason for Return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Domestic returns will be subject to a $4 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with USPS pre-paid return label. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived. An image of the item may be requested.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Liza Schwartz Jewelry will repair your item within one-hundred and eighty (180) days of your purchase free of charge. Does not include normal wear and tear or scratches. Email info@LizaSchwartz.com with the subject “Repair” include where item was purchased, what needs to be repaired and a picture of your item.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
